About the Role
As Registered Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of services across several locations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and team performance. You'll play a key role in shaping service delivery, mentoring staff, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage operations across multiple services
2. Ensure full compliance with CQC and all regulatory requirements
3. Recruit, develop, and support a high-performing care team
4. Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and commissioners
5. Drive service improvements and innovation
6. Support the mobilisation of new tenders and contracts
What We're Looking For:
7. Experience managing domiciliary and/or supported living services
8. In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and care regulations
9. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
10. Proven ability to grow services and mobilise new contracts
11. Marketing and networking experience
12. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
