Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Breakdown Manager based in Bradford. The role involves managing breakdowns efficiently, coordinating with engineers and operators to ensure minimal downtime and timely responses. Responsibilities include monitoring repair workflows, managing resources, handling customer and supplier communication, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance data. The Assistant Breakdown Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication across departments and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

* Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing maintenance data
* Familiarity with safety and compliance procedures in the context of equipment and vehicle repair

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to breakdowns in a timely manner
* Experience in plant hire, transport services, or construction industries is a plus
* Proficiency in business software, such as MS Office
* An understanding of vehicle maintenance processes or technical expertise is an advantage
