We are looking for someone who can bring their proactive, enthusiastic and caring nature to our busy and friendly supported housing service in Croydon. The Service provides housing and tenancy services for males with convictions. This role is a relief role where the hours will be as and when required by the service on a zero-hour contract. Assist with risk assessment and management, including the operation of physical and situational security measures Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality. Engage clients positively and encourage involvement in service activities. Monitor behaviour and ensure compliance with statutory orders and house rules. Contribute to team meetings and share updates on client progress and risk factors.
