Delighted to be working with a global brand that is looking to hire a Compensation & Benefits Advisor on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across all areas of compensation and benefits within a sizable and diverse headcount dispersed across the UK.
Reporting to the Head of C&B, this position supports approximately 6,000 employees across multiple UK sites. The ideal candidate will have experience managing both compensation and benefits at Advisor/Analyst level or above. Responsibilities include benefits communication and engagement, salary benchmarking, job architecture, bonus scheme management, gender pay gap analysis, benefits renewals, and acting as the first point of contact for related queries. The role involves some administrative tasks, with a strong emphasis on Excel and analytics skills.
The role is based within commuting distance of Leicester, Rugby, and Northampton, with a hybrid working model requiring 3 days on-site per week. Flexibility is available regarding which days are on-site.
