Territory Manager
Location: Field-Based (UK)

We’re supporting a global leader in hearing technology seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth across the independent sector.
This is a field-based sales role focused on promoting a full product portfolio, developing strong customer relationships, and delivering business and product training to audiologists and practice teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow revenue across independent accounts in the territory.
* Build strong, lasting relationships with independent businesses and key accounts
* Deliver training and support on products and practice development
* Plan and execute local sales and marketing activities
* Maintain CRM data and report on market trends
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams during launches and campaigns
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in field sales (ideally medical or healthcare)
* Skilled in managing a territory independently, including planning and prioritisation
* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
* Territory management experience and commercial drive
* Comfortable with regular travel and occasional overnights
* Full UK driving licence
