Job Responsibilities: Identify and prospect for new clients through outbound sales activities. Convert inbound leads to successful business opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Explore and analyse client circumstances to develop commercially viable finance solutions. Conduct outbound renewal activities to re-engage past clients and secure repeat business. Prepare detailed proposal documents and credit applications. Work with clients to gather necessary financial and non-financial paperwork. Coordinate with lending partners to secure suitable finance packages. Progress clients through the sales cycle with a customer-centric approach. Handle objections effectively and identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling. Maintain and update a pipeline of active opportunities. Record all sales activities accurately in the CRM system. Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of finance solutions. Participate in in-house training and development programs to enhance sales and industry knowledge. Undertake any other relevant responsibilities aligned with the role’s skillset and requirements. Experience 4–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets. Prior experience in the Finance sector, especially coming from a Finance Brokerage, is highly desirable. Ability to analyse financial information and present tailored solutions. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
