Residential Care House
You will play a key part in delivering high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and wellbeing. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping maintain a positive, safe environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Supporting residents with personal care and daily routines
* Assisting with meals, mobility, and general wellbeing
* Promoting independence and dignity at all times
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
* Working collaboratively with the wider care team
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential)
* Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to person-centred care
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced care environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
