Got a knack with customers?
Ideally you already have retail sales experience, but if you have worked in another customer‑focused sales environment, we could be a great fit.
You will be fast, efficient and well‑trained. We’ll provide product knowledge and skill training so you can wow every customer, demonstrate and explain our products and the fitting services.
We invest heavily in training to help colleagues develop their careers, whatever path you want, at whatever pace you want to progress. Whether in Retail or elsewhere in the Group, we support your ambitions.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
* Take a proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
* Apply problem‑solving skills.
* Work on a rota basis, including weekends.
* Possibly achieve sales targets.
