RecSeekers is a growing Rec2Rec business working with some of the strongest education recruitment agencies across the UK and Australia. We’re well connected, work proper roles and spend our time speaking to high-quality recruiters in the market.
We’re looking to bring someone in to build alongside us.
You’ll be speaking to recruiters daily, building relationships and working live roles with some of the best education accounts in the country. You’ll use CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, adverts and content to generate conversations, and you’ll be encouraged to build your own personal brand and following as you grow.
There are KPIs, but it’s not micromanaged. It’s about consistency, output and doing things properly.
This is a good fit for someone already in education recruitment, but we’re also open to strong recruiters or sales backgrounds who want to step into something with more upside.
