4. Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts and agreements.
5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to avoid shortages or overstocking.
6. Communicate with suppliers to track deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.
8. Assist in supplier evaluation and selection to meet quality and delivery standards.
9. Support the Procurement & Supply Chain department with administrative tasks and reporting.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchasing Co-ordinator should have:

12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
