My client is a profitable scaling lender based in heart of Windsor. After 7 years of trading they have a fantastic brand reputation for quick, streamlined and flexible lending for SME businesses across the UK looking to scale.

They have a bespoke core platform which we are looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to work on – You will be tasked with liaising with internal stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives & priorities to direct the tech / development team on projects.
Responsibilities and duties
will include:
* Application Ownership:
Take full ownership for the core application that manages everything from marketing and broker management to loan repayments and affordability checks
* User Support and Issue Resolution:
Act as the first point of contact for all internal stakeholder requests, queries, and issues. Gather feedback, identify needs, and prioritise requests for development.
* Workflow Design:
Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimise workflows that enhance business operations, ensuring that the system supports efficient processes across departments.
* Offshore Development Team Management:
Manage the relationship with the offshore development team, ensuring project progress through regular meetings, clear communication of requirements, and addressing any issues or delays. Push projects through to completion, ensuring the team meets deadlines and quality standards.
* Third-Party Application Integration:
Manage the process of integrating third-party applications (e.g., Equifax, Credit Bureaus, Open Banking platforms ) Work closely with teams to ensure these applications are properly implemented, tested, and maintained.
* Testing and Quality Assurance:
Test new features and updates to the application, ensuring that they meet the business requirements and are free of issues before being rolled out to the wider team.
* Ad Hoc Operations Support:
Supporting the Operations Manager in keeping the internal and compliance and training systems up to date.
Essential Skills and Competencies
* Proven experience in a IT Project focused role
* Prior success in managing stakeholders, prioritising tasks & managing development teams
* Understanding / Interest in financial services as sector
* Ability to work in fast paced scale up environment
* Proactive & Organised as you will have multiple projects on the go at one time
