This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Agile Business Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the modernization of mission-critical applications used throughout the U.S. Courts. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business requirements, collaborating with product owners, and employing Agile practices to enhance user experience. Accountabilities
* Elicit and capture business requirements in an Agile software development environment.
* Document and manage acceptance criteria, business rules, and requirement documentation.
* Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize user stories and conduct usability testing.
* Utilize UI/UX concepts to design technical solutions that meet business needs.
* Decompose Epics into detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements.
* Participate in the development and refinement of Project Backlog Stories.
* Facilitate the team in developing acceptance criteria for user stories.
* Document standard operating procedures and maintain release information.
* Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize dependencies and workflows.
* Support the testing team to ensure alignment with the business vision.
* Conduct business process analysis and provide technical assistance.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years of experience in Agile software development.
* Experience with at least one enterprise software project in the last three years.
* Strong understanding of Agile processes and practices.
* Ability to write acceptance criteria and conduct testing effectively.
* Proficient in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills in a complex environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
