My leading Financial Services client is looking for a Java Technical Lead to take responsibility for the Front Office Derivatives Technology space. You will deliver key strategic business goals by identifying system changes that support revenue generation and regulatory reporting for the Front Office businesses, focusing on Derivatives Markets.
You will work with development and technology leads in global offices to design technology solutions on the new strategic Sales and Trading Derivatives platforms.
This is a high-profile and strategically very important role. An exciting opportunity!
Required skills and experience:
* People management background
* Strong back-end Java skills
* Strong product knowledge (interested in Interest Rate, Fixed Income, Credit, FX, Equities)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Salary: Up to £150,000 + bonus + package
Location: London (good work-from-home options available)
