Due to internal promotions, our client is looking for a Support Worker - someone with experience, energy, and drive to help lead a caring, resilient, and skilled team in a 2-3 bed Children's Home (ages 8-18). What You'll Do: Be part of a strong team to provide a stable and enriching home for children Empower young lives: Support children through their challenges with empathy, patience, and resilience Champion safeguarding: Create a safe, engaging, and growth-oriented environment Shape the future: Drive the home towards an 'Outstanding' Ofsted rating Hands-on support: Manage casework, behaviour strategies, and team training This is a dynamic, rewarding role that requires dedication, resilience, and a passion for making a difference.
