Associate - Wills, Trusts & Estates (Southampton)

We're seeking an Associate to join our leading Private Client team in Southampton. This is a great opportunity to step into a busy, well-resourced practice with high-quality work and real scope for progression.
The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload for high-net-worth individuals and families, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Trusts and IHT planning
* Powers of attorney
* Estate and trust administration
You'll join an established, supportive team with a strong pipeline of complex, high-value work.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Experience across wills, trusts, estates, LPAs, and related tax planning
* Ability to manage complex files independently
* Ideally STEP qualified or working towards it
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* A collaborative approach and interest in BD
