S ourcing Compliance Partner - Larbert About the Role We re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sourcing Compliance Partner to join our Indirect Sourcing team at Certas Energy. In this pivotal role, you ll influence and drive procurement engagement across the business, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and value in every supplier interaction. You ll manage the supplier onboarding process and portal, ensuring all activity aligns with company policies and procurement strategies to support Certas Energy s business goals. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence Own and manage the supplier onboarding platform across Certas businesses. Drive improvements and system changes to enhance the onboarding experience. Build and manage the relationship with the onboarding platform provider. Vet, introduce, and onboard suppliers in line with company requirements. Produce supplier data reports, including onboarding performance and response times. Manage the Approved Supplier List, risk assessments, and value chain modelling. Conduct supplier due diligence (e.g. Ecovadis, Kroll checks). Implement and uphold the company s procurement policy. Identify new suppliers and service providers to promote market competitiveness. Use internal systems (e.g. CODAS) for purchase order and goods receipt processes. Escalate compliance issues and develop/maintain procurement SOPs. Support acquisition due diligence and risk assessments when required. Financial Focus Challenge demand and eliminate unnecessary costs. Review supplier spend to identify focus areas and cost-saving opportunities. Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to maximise value. Support business objectives through proactive spend analysis and cost control. Customer & People Focus Support internal stakeholders in sourcing the right products and services at the best value. Build positive, professional relationships across the business. Collaborate with the Director of Supplies to strengthen supplier relationships. Promote teamwork, integrity, and mutual respect in all interactions. Health, Safety & Environmental Champion a positive Health & Safety culture in line with Certas Safety F1rst principles. Comply with all HSE policies and procedures when visiting depots and customer sites. Skills, Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience in a relevant administrative or procurement role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or collaboratively. Financial management and controls experience.
