Are you a Sales Leader with deep experience in the wholesale and FMCG supply chain?
We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling B2B SaaS business using advanced AI-powered automation to improve supply chains.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the growth of the customer base and pipeline from scratch, running and closing demos with a healthy pipeline of inbounds
* Drive and close opportunities with senior decision-makers across wholesalers, buying groups and distribution partners
* Leverage your existing network and industry reputation to open doors and build trust
* Become a trusted advisor, articulating how this solution solves key industry pain points — from time-consuming admin to compliance and speed-to-market
* Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure client needs are not just met but anticipated
* Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows and events
* Report directly to the Commercial Director and CEO with clear accountability for revenue, pipeline and performance goals
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ sales success in wholesale / FMCG supply chain roles, ideally with exposure to product data, listings or onboarding processes
* Deep understanding of the complexities of wholesale operations and retail distributor dynamics
* Well-established relationships with industry leaders and decision-makers
* A natural relationship-builder who excels on trust and credibility
* Passion for innovation and digital transformation in a traditionally manual industry
* An intuitive self-starter who thrives in a scaling startup environment, who can help shape sales processes and future hires
* Commercially savvy with experience of financial reporting, P&L ownership and business case development
* Comfortable with CRM (eg. HubSpot), support tools (eg. Zendesk) and standard reporting tools
