Late starts and early finishes on Fridays! The Role - Legal Recruitment Consultant Client Management : Maintain and develop client relationships; understand hiring needs. Candidate Sourcing : Research and engage talent through databases, job boards, and networking. Screening & Interviews : Assess candidates suitability via interviews; prep them for client meetings. Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and identify new recruitment opportunities. Admin Tasks : Manage records, write reports, and create job descriptions. Business Development : Secure new clients, negotiate contracts, and network for growth. Collaboration : Work with the team to share insights and strategize. Problem-Solving : Mediate client/candidate concerns; address hiring challenges.
