The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Operations Administrator to take on responsibility for the following tasks at our Distribution Centre in Northallerton:
* Answer all phone calls.
* Book in all third-party visitors including contractors and suppliers.
* Liaise with our Customer Services team to answer all customer and supplier queries including cancellations, dispatch queries and returns.
* Answer invoice and credit queries from HO.
* Create labels.
* Process daily returns including supplier returns
* Check late dispatches Amazon & eBay.
* Check PO and email suppliers with queries.
* Order stationery.
* End of Day Dispatch.
* Any other ad hoc duties as required.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate-
· Strong organisational and follow up skills, with the ability to work on own initiative.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fully focused on delivering excellent customer service both internally and externally.
* Self-motivated, highly adaptable, excellent time management skills and be able to work towards tight deadlines.
