Contract Support – Facilities Management Location: Farringdon, London Salary: Up to £35,000 Hours: Monday to Friday A facilities management contractor is seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Support professional to join their team based in Farringdon. This role is central to the smooth running of multiple maintenance contracts, supporting both clients and engineering teams with day-to-day coordination and administration. This position is ideal for someone with strong FM admin experience and confidence using CAFM systems such as Joblogic. Key Responsibilities * Provide administrative and coordination support to contract managers * Log, schedule and monitor reactive and planned maintenance tasks * Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and clients to ensure works are delivered on time * Maintain CAFM systems with job notes, paperwork and compliance documentation * Raise purchase orders and assist with invoicing and monthly billing * Produce reports, trackers and contract-related documentation * Manage contract inboxes and ensure SLA compliance * Support the wider team with general admin duties Skills & Experience Required * Experience within facilities management or building services administration * Confident user of Joblogic, Simpro, or other CAFM systems * Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail * Good communication skills and confidence liaising with clients and engineers * Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks * IT literate including strong Microsoft Office skills What’s on Offer * Salary up to £35,000 * Monday to Friday * Central London location (Farringdon) * Supportive team environment with career progression opportunities
