About the role:
Harding+ are bucking the retail trend, with 40% growth last year and a forecasted 30% further growth this year. As such, we are recruiting for a newly created Senior FP&A Analyst role. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to have a blended role across FP&A and Business Partnering with keys areas of the business.
Based in Avonmouth on a hybrid working basis – 2 days per week.
Compensation – competitive salary, bonus scheme, pension, 4 x life assurance, healthcare, 25 days leave annually (including Christmas shutdown)
What you will be doing:
1. Production of weekly and monthly reporting on the financial performance of the business
2. Have a strong understanding of the full P&L, identifying variances and spotting opportunities to improve the financial performance
3. Improving the financial analysis and reporting through the production of Power BI dashboards
4. Delivery of quarterly reforecasts, annual budget and 3-year plan
5. Work with the Commercial and Operations teams to analyse opportunities for improvements in performance
6. Supporting business cases – and post investment review - for capex proposals
7. Communicating with PE investors regarding performance where required
About you:
8. ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified
9. Advanced Excel skills
10. Experience in using Power BI and forecasting tools (e.g. Vena)
11. Proactive, able to plan and manage own workload whilst achieving tight deadlines
12. Excellent attention to detail whilst maintaining the ability to step back and see the bigger picture
13. Energetic, keen to identify improvement/value add, with excellent communication skills
14. Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
