We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to become part of our busy Private Aviation Inflight kitchen at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Think of high-end fine dining experiences at 40,000 feet in the air!
The Role of a Sous Chef:
* 45 hours per week
* 5 days out of 7
* Weekends will be required (on a rotational basis)
* 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) per annum*

Role Responsibilities:
* Work with the Head Chef and lead the kitchen team
* Follow specifications and plating cards
* Create dishes and recipes based on bespoke requests from customers
* Produce beautiful food that can be re-plated and reheated onboard aircraft, maintaining freshness and flavor
* Label and rotate stock, including allergen information
* Support Head Chef with ordering, rota planning, and kitchen management
* Ensure food quality standards are met
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas
* Prepare, produce, and pack food on time
* Operate and look after kitchen equipment
* Assist with stock management and inventory
* Wear appropriate PPE at all times
* Maintain flexibility in work duties
* Show interest in food and learning
* Contribute ideas to menus enthusiastically
* Lead the team professionally and motivate others
* Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders
* Pay attention to detail and produce great food
* Work efficiently under pressure
* Display strong leadership skills
* Experience in high-end fine dining is preferred
