Detail-Oriented and Proactive Administrator Join our team as an Administrator, where youll play a key role in managing inventory records, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels. Order Processing: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments with correct documentation. Data Entry & Reporting: Update warehouse systems and prepare reports for management. Supplier & Customer Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and stock availability. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work complies with warehouse safety regulations and company policies. Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and general office tasks. Flexibility: Carry out any other duties requested by a manager that are aligned with your role. Key Skills, Requirements & Competencies Previous experience in logistics, warehouse administration, or supply chain management. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Proficiency in IT software and warehouse management systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
