Role: Junior IT Support Engineer

This role is perfect for someone who has recently finished an IT apprenticeship or is working in a 1st Line Support capacity and is eager to develop their skills further. You will be the first point of contact for clients needing support, helping resolve technical issues across both software and hardware, while maintaining excellent customer care standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line support for a variety of IT issues
* Help install and configure software and hardware solutions
* Diagnose and fix problems quickly and effectively
* Record and manage support requests using an internal ticketing system
* Pass on more complex cases to senior team members when necessary
* Keep detailed logs of support activities
* Create and maintain helpful documentation and guides
Key Skills
* Recent IT apprenticeship graduate or someone with 1st Line Support experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiarity with Office 365, Windows Server, and basic networking
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential for the role)
* Passion for IT and enthusiasm to build a long-term career
