Job Purpose
We have a number of exciting roles within our London Commercial team dealing with operational real estate. Successful candidates will service a range of clients and, according to seniority, be expected to generate new business.
Key Responsibilities
* Prosecuting investment transactions
* Providing investment advisory services
* Offering development advice and market reviews
* Undertaking operator searches, in respect of new leases or management agreements
* Structuring joint venture initiatives
* Building relationships with existing clients and targeting new clients/instructions
* Attending meetings with clients
* Drafting detailed reports
Person Specification
* MRICS qualified
* Experienced in the delivery of transactional and general practice services
* High degree of IT literacy
* Keen eye for detail
* Self‑motivated and can work autonomously
* Driven with a can‑do attitude
* Ambitious and career focused
