About the Role
We are recruiting
two Planning Administrators
to join a busy Planning team based in Exeter on a temporary basis. These roles play a key part in the
no-access repairs process, helping to reduce missed appointments and support the delivery of an efficient, customer-focused service.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced administrators who enjoy working with data, liaising with multiple teams, and communicating confidently with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Processing no-access repair cases on Civica from start to finish with accuracyWorking closely with Customer Services, Enforcement, Housing, and Planning teamsProviding general administrative support to the Planning teamUnderstanding and applying legislation relating to no-access repairsKeeping system and process knowledge up to date and compliantChecking and updating customer contact details and investigating booking issuesDelivering a high-quality, customer-focused serviceProducing daily reports on no-access KPIs and identifying trends using Microsoft ExcelConfidently engaging with customers and internal stakeholders regarding access for repairsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Strong administrative experienceExcellent attention to detailPrevious data entry experienceCustomer service experienceClear and confident verbal and written communication skillsThe confidence to have open and professional conversations with customers and colleaguesExperience using a range of IT systems, including Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
