Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of business support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
* Develop and implement operational procedures and standards to enhance team performance.
* Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
* Monitor team performance metrics and prepare reports to assess productivity and service levels.
* Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, share updates, and foster team engagement.
* Provide training and onboarding for new staff members, supporting their professional development.
* Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and streamline processes.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a business support environment.
