What Youll Be Doing:

* Carry out prep and spray work on large commercial vehicles
* Perform masking and light preparation tasks
* Ensure high standards in line withBS EN ISO 9001andISO 14001
* Report and escalate quality concerns promptly
* Support recovery plans with team leaders when needed
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

What Were Looking For:

* Experience in a similar paint spraying/prepping role
* Eye for detail and high standards of workmanship
* Awareness of safety and environmental regulations
