The opportunity
We are looking for a driven Sales Consultant to join our growing Nottingham team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys winning new business, building strong client relationships and working in a high-performance SaaS sales environment with uncapped commission.
You will generate new business opportunities and introduce LEAP’s market-leading LegalTech platform to law firms across your territory. With strong training, dedicated lead generation support and a product customers genuinely value, this role offers excellent earning potential and long-term career progression.
Requirements
What you'll do
1. Identify, qualify and close new B2B SaaS sales opportunities within your assigned territory
2. Prospect new clients through outbound activity including cold calling and business development outreach
3. Deliver engaging software demonstrations online and in person
4. Understand client needs and demonstrate how LEAP’s LegalTech platform can support their firm
5. Build strong relationships with legal professionals and decision-makers
6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
7. Manage a structured sales pipeline and prioritise opportunities effectively
8. Work with senior team members to refine sales strategies and territory planning
9. Stay informed about LegalTech trends, competitors and product developments
What we're looking for
10. Comfortable working in a target-driven B2B sales environment
11. Confident speaking with senior decision-makers and business owners
12. Strong communication and presentation skills when demonstrating software solutions
13. Ability to build strong professional relationships quickly
14. Ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritise opportunities
15. Self-motivated, resilient and driven to win new business
Desirable experience
16. Experience in SaaS sales, LegalTech sales or B2B software sales
17. Legal industry experience
18. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
