An Electrical Maintenance Engineer is required to join their highly skilled team as soon as possible.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Maintain, repair, and fault-find on plant and machinery using various maintenance disciplines.
* Contribute to machine efficiency and development programs using existing maintenance programs and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, including 5 Why analysis.
* Complete preventative maintenance inspections and identify and implement action plans to prevent reoccurring faults.
* Perform risk assessments and equipment isolation procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a maintenance technician in a high-volume manufacturing environment, with a recognized apprenticeship and ideally educated to HNC level.
* Electrically biased with experience in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines.
* Experience in fault finding and repairs in Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems, gearbox servicing, and large mechanical equipment repairs. Workshop skills including welding, fabrication, and use of equipment like lathes, milling machines, and pillar drills.
