Structural Engineer Salary & Benefits
1. Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

Structural Engineer Job Overview
You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team, contributing to a variety of exciting projects across the UK and internationally. This role is ideal for someone with a structural engineering degree who is motivated to progress toward chartership and keen to work on real-world solutions from day one.
In this role you will:
10. Support the delivery of structural engineering designs from concept through to construction.
11. Translate architectural intent into structural reality using modern analysis tools and software (e.g., Tekla, Revit).
12. Undertake structural calculations, modelling and detailing for timber, concrete, steel, and masonry structures.
13. Attend client meetings, site visits, and coordination reviews as required.
14. Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure quality and constructability of solutions.
15. Contribute to sustainable and retrofit design strategies.
Structural Engineer Job Requirements
16. BEng/MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering.
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
18. Proficient in structural design software (e.g., Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar).
19. Excellent communication and teamwork.
20. Enthusiasm for innovative design and a proactive approach to learning.
21. Driving licence preferred (but not essential).
