Responsibilities:
Lead and assist in the overall operation of the golf facilities, including managing tee times, golf carts, and practice areas
Manage and uphold the standards, policies and procedures of golf operations,
Monitor and enforce high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities including the changing rooms, the Pro Shop, the Halfway Houses and buggies.
Assist the department management team in leading, training and mentoring the golf operations, retail and services teams.
Oversee and promote the Trackman driving range and other physical practice facilities, as well as leading the long-term development of the facilities.
Support the Retail Manager and Operations Manager in the execution of daily tasks, events and functions, tournaments and Group Golf Days.
Demonstrate and encourage excellent customer service skills; greeting and welcoming members and guests, providing assistance with check-in, reservations, and inquiries
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise in the golf shop
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment
Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette and rules preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills for processing reservations and transactions
