Adult Social Worker – Learning Disabilities Team – Darlington Pay rate £27 per hour Relevant Experience in: Working with individuals with Learning Disabilities Completing assessment support planning and Capacity assessments Experience working with ICB/ CHC completing checklists and attending relevant funding discussion's. Court of Protection applications and safeguarding triage and enquiries. Able to manage a varied caseload of individuals with competing priorities, organisational skills are important.
