You will take ownership of campaign planning and execution, ensuring all marketing initiatives are creative, data-led and aligned to commercial objectives. A strong emphasis will be placed on driving measurable growth in revenue, attendance and supporter engagement.
Alongside this, you will oversee the club’s media and communications function, managing a small, dynamic in-house team of two direct reports. You will ensure content output is consistent, engaging and reflective of the club’s identity, maintaining high standards across digital, social and traditional media channels.

* Use data, insight and CRM systems to inform decision-making and continuously improve campaign performance.
* Oversee all digital marketing activity including paid campaigns, email marketing and website optimisation.
* Manage and develop the club’s media and communications output, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand tone of voice.
* Lead and support a lean media team, creating a high-performance and collaborative working environment.
* Work closely with commercial and senior leadership teams to maximise partnership activations and brand exposure.
* Ensure all supporter-facing communications are clear, engaging and aligned with the club’s values.
* Play an active role in enhancing the matchday experience through marketing and content initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of delivering impactful campaigns and driving measurable results. You will be commercially aware, creative and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fan-driven sporting environment.
You will bring proven leadership experience and the ability to manage and develop a small team, whilst remaining hands-on in delivering high-quality work. Strong communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to build effective relationships across an organisation and with external stakeholders.
Experience within sport or a fan-driven environment would be highly advantageous, although we will equally consider candidates who can demonstrate a genuine passion for the industry and a clear understanding of supporter engagement.
Above all, this role requires energy, ownership and a growth mindset aligned with a club that is continuing to develop both on and off the pitch.
