The aim is simply to provide clear, helpful information to households that have already been identified as eligible, cutting through the usual noise of spam and unsolicited approaches. Head Office will provide a guide for your routes across each area, giving you a clear structure to work from. From there, youll have the flexibility to make it your own, as long as all areas are covered effectively. Its a role that suits someone who can manage their time well and stay organised while working independently. From time to time, homeowners may have questions or want to understand more about the process. Youll approach these conversations in a friendly, approachable way, offering reassurance and clear information without any pressure or pushy tactics. Its about building trust and leaving a positive impression, not closing a deal. Alongside this, youll keep accurate records of your visits and any interactions on the CRM system, making sure all information is up to date. Youll also keep Head Office informed of your progress and flag anything that needs follow-up, working closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. Whats required to be successful in this role: This role does require a practical and reliable approach day to day. Youll be distributing a high volume of information packs, so being comfortable with a physically active role and staying organised is important. Youll also need to be willing to use your own car to move between areas where needed. As part of the role, you may be required to store materials at home, so having a bit of space and being able to manage stock sensibly will help.
