The Role
As a Management Accountant, you'll deliver accurate management accounts, insightful analysis, and commercial support to a fast-moving, project-driven business. Ideal for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant, with study support and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
2. Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
3. Partner with non-finance teams to drive better decisions
4. Improve reporting, controls, and finance processes
5. Support audit and compliance activities
About You
6. Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
7. Experience in management accounting or similar role
8. Strong Excel and analytical skills
9. Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
