The Job
The General Operator is a key member of the production team, responsible for operating production line machinery, maintaining high standards, and supporting the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the production process.
4 x 12 hour shifts per week (inc days / nights)
What you'll do
* Operate production equipment, such as fillers, labellers, packaging machines, palletisers and conveyors
* Monitor production and quality standards during operation
* Assist with changeovers, cleaning, and routine maintenance tasks
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health & safety requirements
* Identify issues or risks and escalate them promptly to Team Lead or Manager
* Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
What you need
* Positive, proactive, and reliable attitude

* A willingness to learn new production processes and roles
* Ability to follow instructions and work to procedures
What we'd like
* Experience on fillers, labellers, packaging machines, or FLT operations
* Previous production line experience in food or beverage manufacturing
* Awareness of GMP, food safety, or hygiene practices

Pay: £13.00 per hour
