Role Details
The working hours are 03:00 - 12:30, with a half-hour break.
The Class 2 Driver role is vital at Creed Foodservice. You will be a key contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service. You will manage regular customer routes, understand customer needs, and adapt to changing delivery requirements, sharing vital information with colleagues to maintain personalized service.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering excellent Customer Service at all times.
* Driving vehicles with due care and attention.
* Completing paperwork and daily checks accurately.
* Promoting the company and maintaining a professional appearance and behavior.
* Ensuring vehicles and freezers are fueled.
* Parking vehicles according to designated plans.
* Building good relationships with colleagues, visitors, and customers.
* Adhering to equipment care procedures.
* Following health and safety policies and other duties as required.
Candidate Profile
Successful candidates will have a positive, professional, and adaptable attitude, with a focus on delivering personalized customer service. Experience in multi-drop, Class 2 delivery, and high attention to vehicle and product checks are desirable. Flexibility for extra hours is also important.
Essential Requirements:
* Class 2 Licence, Full CPC hours, and Digi-card.
* Approachable, adaptable, and customer-focused.
* Experience in multi-drop and multi-temperature foodservice delivery (preferred).
* Attention to detail for vehicle and product checks.
* Willingness to work extra hours as needed.
