A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a corporate site in Central Birmingham, This is a Monday to Friday role with core hours being 7am to 3.30pm. There may be a very occasional evening event which is paid flat rate and the possibility of 3/4 weekends per year paid at 1.5X overtime
Working with a Chef Manager to produce breakfast and lunch. Usual offer will be 2 hot main courses 1 meat and 1 veg option. Some salads and side dishes as well.
The Chef de Partie will help to produce staff lunches each day, help on the grab and go section and salad bar. There is some hospitality on site which included Buffets and Sandwich lunches as well. Usual numbers on site are around 160-180 per day.
We are looking for chefs from either a Contract Catering environment or who have worked in restaurants with freshly prepared food offer who are wanting a better work / life balance with every weekend off! We are looking for chefs that have a stable work history with good time in previous roles.
