Location: Telford
A respected main contractor is looking to appoint an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their commercial team, working on a wide range of schemes across the Midlands and surrounding areas. Projects typically sit between £2m–£35m, covering education, healthcare, commercial, and community sectors.

* Produce accurate cost estimates for both competitive tenders and negotiated projects.
* Liaise with pre‑construction, design, and delivery teams to understand project scope and requirements.
* Engage with supply chain partners to ensure competitive and complete pricing.
* Lead elements of the bid process and present value‑engineering options where appropriate.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience working as an Estimator within a main contractor environment.
* Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
* Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
* Clear communicator, confident working independently and as part of a wider team.
