What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support adults with learning disabilities to live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives while ensuring their rights, choices, and wellbeing remain at the centre of everything you do. Working in a strengths based and person centred way, you’ll build meaningful relationships, complete assessments and support plans, safeguard adults at risk, and work closely with families, health professionals, and community partners to achieve positive outcomes.

* 26 days annual leave (not including Bank holidays), rising to 30 days between 2 – 5 years’ service and 33 days after 5 years’ service.
