What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building daily structure and routine with high-need pupils
* Supporting engagement in lessons and developing life skills
* Running interventions around self-esteem, social thinking, and behaviour
* Being a trusted adult for pupils navigating trauma and exclusion
* Collaborating with in-house clinical team and external agencies
Ideal Graduate Mentor For this Bexley School:
* Graduate in Psychology, Criminology, Education, Social Sciences or similar
* Passionate about mental health, social equity, and youth inclusion
* Confident, calm, and ready to commit to the long-term development of pupils
* Prior youth work, tutoring, or safeguarding experience is ideal
* Available full-time and keen to gain specialist SEMH experience
