What is the role?
We are recruiting for a Prescribing Clerk to provide admin support and prescription clerk duties to our ADHD clinical team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing nurse-led service at Suffolk GP Federation. We will be supporting primary care by delivering an ADHD Prescribing & Monitoring service in Suffolk and North East Essex for adults and children diagnosed with ADHD and stabilised on medication. We will operate in collaboration with ADHD Specialist Teams to provide a seamless service for patients and their caregivers, following the national shared care agreement.
You’ll join our ADHD Team. We are a not-for-profit, community interest company, supporting Primary Care across Suffolk, including collaborative and scaled working. We also deliver NHS services such as Podiatry, Ultrasound, Diabetes, and Urgent Care Services, including the Out of Hours face-to-face Service in Suffolk.
Is it for me?
We will work with the successful candidate to ensure proper induction and training, with regular supervision. We prioritize your safety and support in this role.
The role is based at Riverside Clinic, Ipswich. The service will commence on 1st April 2025.
Contract type:
Full-time, part-time, and job share options considered. Rate of pay: £12.34 per hour.
