Responsibilities
* Work on a variety of challenging and innovative projects.
* Lead the AI revolution by building cutting‑edge solutions for large organisations.
* Gain exposure to new and emergent technologies.
* Receive support from experienced team members to foster independent growth in Architecture best practices.
* Partner with highly skilled teams to advise and support clients on data architecture challenges.
* Assist client teams in the design and implementation of scalable data solutions using modern technologies under senior guidance.
* Help shape strategy for the adoption of AI technologies.
* Identify gaps and inefficiencies in clients’ existing architecture, working closely with senior colleagues.
* Support the creation of roadmaps and contribute to recommendations for improving client processes and architecture.
* Participate in client workshops throughout the project lifecycle, assisting with preparation, documentation, and follow‑up actions.
* Communicate with clients to gather requirements and ensure deliverables align with their needs.
* Share ideas and contribute to discussions on innovative engineering, design, and strategy.
* Learn from and collaborate with more experienced colleagues, seeking opportunities to enhance skills.
* Engage with internal networks and special interest groups to build professional expertise within Architecture.
Requirements / Skills
* Experience building AI‑enabled data architecture.
* Commercial experience in one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), preferably with relevant certifications.
* Competency around AI / Agentic AI.
* Background in development, engineering or technical business analysis, with a desire to transition into Architecture.
* Knowledge of key principles including data modelling, pipelining, quality, and management.
* Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, etc.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience in client‑facing environments with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
* A strategic thinker with analytical and creative mindset.
