Deputy Clinic Manager – Leadership Opportunity in Renal Care!
Seeking a Dynamic Leader for Effective Clinic Management and Exceptional Patient Care! Join Diaverum as a Deputy Clinic Manager in our Gloucester Cotswold Clinic and play a pivotal role in managing our dialysis clinic in the absence of the manager. Lead a dedicated team, ensure high standards of patient care, and foster good working relationships between Diaverum and the NHS.
Your Responsibilities
* Overseeing clinic operations to ensure quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
* Supervising and supporting staff with continuous professional development and training.
* Managing patient scheduling and staffing for optimal efficiency.
* Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene policies and Renal Association Standards.
* Providing specialized nursing knowledge and skills to junior team members.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
* NMC Registered Nurse with post‑basic qualification in renal nursing.
* At least two years of experience in Haemodialysis at a Senior level.
* Proven experience in managing and leading a team of nurses.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
