Contribute to the monitoring and tracking of the student's progress, providing feedback to the class teacher and identifying areas for further support. Assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment for the student. Build a strong, positive, and trusting relationship with the student, as well as with their parents/carers and colleagues. Participate actively in relevant staff meetings and training sessions. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also taking initiative in supporting your dedicated student. An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, various special educational needs and effective support strategies.
