Top Job Recruitment are currently looking for a HR Co-ordinator for our client based on the outskirts of Colchester.
Our client is well-known in the Electronics industry and looking to expand their team in the UK. The successful candidate will have strong admin experience with a can-do attitude and be prepared to be hands-on with all tasks delegated by the Managing Director.
Job role:
* Working closely and being supported by external HR provider
* Looking after the Bright HR system and blip
* Complete inductions for new employees
* Deal with employee appraisals
* Deal with all HR aspects such as: disciplinaries, handbook
* Assist with daily tasks in the sales office: shipping notes, courier liaising, answering any calls/emails
Requirements:
* Strong admin experience
* Minimum CIPD Level 3
* Driving license preferred due to location
