Role Description
This is a full‑time, hybrid marketing assistant role based in the London area, with flexibility for remote work. You’ll support the CRM and email marketing function across our brands — helping plan, build, test, and send campaigns that improve engagement, retention, and customer experience. This is an entry‑level position ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn CRM marketing properly inside a fast‑moving, multi‑brand business. We’ll invest in your development — you bring the attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting day‑to‑day email campaign execution across our brands
* Building and scheduling emails inside our CRM platforms
* Testing campaigns across desktop and mobile before they go live
* Assisting with audience segmentation and list management
* Supporting automated lifecycle journeys and onboarding flows
* Pulling performance reports and flagging key metrics to the team
* Liaising with designers to brief and chase creative assets
* Helping with CRM admin, setup tasks, and new brand launches
What We’re Looking For
* Some exposure to email marketing or CRM tools
* Strong written communication skills — clear, concise, and commercially aware
* Sharp attention to detail — you’ll be QAing campaigns before they reach thousands of people
* Organised and proactive — you manage your tasks without needing to be chased
* Comfortable learning new tools quickly
* Any background in trading, fintech, or financial services is a bonus, not a requirement
