Description
This role supports invoX CEO and marketing/BD/communication function to carry out internal and external communication and marketing work, build and enhance invoX's internal cohesion and external brand image, promote the smooth transmission of internal information and the effective dissemination of external brand content, and assist in the implementation of various communication and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Brand & Messaging
o Help refine and consistently apply our core messaging across all channels.
o Ensure external communications position invoX as a credible and approachable partner for complex respiratory drug development, clearly communicating core capabilities.
o Identify opportunities to raise invoX's profile within the pharma/biotech community, such as conferences to showcase data and capabilities.
* External Marketing & Communication
o Assist in the production of conference materials (PPT, brochures, display boards, etc.) for conferences, exhibitions and other BD activities.
o Support the operation and content update of the company’s official website and LinkedIn, including content creation, editing, news release and interaction.
o Explore creative new content ideas and marketing campaigns to drive engagement from our target audience.
o Coordinate with internal departments to collect relevant information needed for communication and marketing work.
o Draft communication and marketing work plans/objectives, summarising work results.
* BD Support
o Support the BD team in turning internal data and scientific outputs into compelling materials to attract biotech and pharmaceutical companies to the Softhaler platform.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Education
o Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, English or related fields (preferred).
* Experience
o Relevant work experience in internal communication, external marketing, content creation, and brand operation is preferred.
o Experience in the drug development, pharmaceutical or medical device industry is not a must, but those with relevant industry cognition will be given priority.
* Technical Skills
o Excellent writing and editing skills, able to create and edit professional, accurate and attractive content.
o Familiar with intranet, website and common and emerging social media platforms, able to complete content release and operation independently.
o Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to make exquisite conference materials and documents; experience in using design software and/or video editing software is a plus.
* Soft Skills
o Enthusiastic, proactive and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership.
o Eager to learn, able to quickly accept new knowledge and adapt to the work rhythm of the pharmaceutical industry.
o Good communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate with internal and external personnel smoothly.
o Detail‑oriented, with strong execution ability, able to complete work tasks on time and with high quality.
