The Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer to own technical design and delivery across a modern TypeScript/React front end and Golang microservices stack.
You’ll lead engineering standards, architecture, and delivery across a multi-tenant SaaS platform, working closely with product, UX, cloud, and data teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own end-to-end architecture and delivery across React/Vite and Golang services
2. Define APIs, module boundaries, and state management patterns
3. Lead the squad: design reviews, PR approvals, and resolving technical blockers
4. Set standards across TypeScript, React architecture, testing, and Golang development
5. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (frontend, backend, containers, cloud deployment)
6. Integrate AI/ML models into backend services and frontend experiences
7. Partner with Product & UX to deliver high-performing, accessible interfaces
8. Contribute to technical governance and engineering assurance
What We’re Looking For
9. 5+ years full stack experience (React + TypeScript + Golang)
10. Strong React expertise (hooks, performance, modern tooling Vite)
11. Solid Golang skills (concurrency, APIs, service design)
12. experience building API-first, multi-tenant SaaS platforms in the cloud
13. Exposure to payments, Open Banking, or financial services integrations
14. Proven tech leadership and mentoring experience
15. Comfortable working in cross-functional agile teams
Nice to Have
16. gRPC or GraphQL
17. AI/ML integration experience
18. FCA / regulated environment exposure
19. Event-driven or real-time systems experience
